Bicycle export RFQ checklist
A useful quote starts with an identifiable model and ends with a destination and decision timeline.
1. Product scope
List wheel size, model references, required variants and whether alternatives are acceptable.
2. Commercial scope
Add estimated quantity per model, sample requirement and target order timing.
3. OEM and packaging
Describe logo, color, component, label, manual, carton and packing requirements.
4. Destination
Include country, port or freight-forwarder city and any documentation that must be reviewed before quotation.
