Discuss saddles, grips, tires, brakes and accessories as one configuration. Compatibility and availability are checked before sample approval.

Specify the color scheme, logo artwork and decal positions. Coordinate frame graphics, saddle details and selected component markings.

Define carton artwork, labels, language and packing format. Confirm carton dimensions, weights and loading quantities for the approved bicycle specification.

Catalogue product image. Colors, accessories and the pictured size may vary; confirm your configuration with the sample.
Kids bicycles generally start at 200 units per model and size; mountain, freestyle and adult bicycles generally start at 300. Customized kids projects may require 300–500 depending on scope. Selected stock models start at 30 units, subject to availability; some parts start at 100 pieces. Confirm the exact MOQ for your configuration.
Confirm the specification and deposit before sampling. Standard samples generally take 3–7 days; complex custom samples 7–10 days. Sample and shipping fees are quoted separately. The sample fee can be credited against the final balance of a qualifying bulk order; confirm eligibility in the quotation.
