A useful custom bicycle brief separates the base product from the changes. Start with a catalogue model, or describe a drawing or sample-based requirement, then specify the components, finish and packing that belong in the quotation.

Make the sample useful
Use one written specification to connect the model, size, components, colour, artwork and packing. Review the sample against that list and record changes before the bulk order. Standard and complex samples have different timing; the sampling terms below explain the reference periods and fees.
Keep the batch consistent
A logo-only request and a component change are different briefs. List the final configuration for each order line so a colour or brake change is not lost inside a general model name. Include the inspection requirements and destination documents when agreeing on production, rather than introducing them only at dispatch.
Sampling and order requirements
What is the minimum order?
Kids bicycles generally start at 200 units per model and size; mountain, freestyle and adult bicycles generally start at 300. Customized kids projects may require 300–500 depending on scope. Selected stock models start at 30 units, subject to availability; some parts start at 100 pieces. Confirm the exact MOQ for your configuration.
How do samples work?
Confirm the specification and deposit before sampling. Standard samples generally take 3–7 days; complex custom samples 7–10 days. Sample and shipping fees are quoted separately. The sample fee can be credited against the final balance of a qualifying bulk order; confirm eligibility in the quotation.
