Start with the product
The 66-model catalogue covers kids, youth and freestyle bicycles in 12–24 inch sizes. Check the wheel sizes offered for each model. For mountain, road, fat-tire, city or parts requirements, use the relevant category to describe the product and specifications you need.
Compare, then shortlist
Choose two to four configurations in the catalogue comparison tool. Read frame and rim materials separately, and compare fork, brake and finish before adding colours or a logo. Your shortlist stays available as you browse sizes and can be carried into the RFQ builder.
Mix wheel sizes in a clear order list
For a 12-, 16- and 20-inch kids bicycle range, create a separate line for each model, size, colour and quantity. SY-2601 is available in all three sizes. Add another model where you need different brakes, rims or styling, then compare the complete configuration rather than size alone.
Choose NEWPORT or private-label supply
Order catalogue bicycles under NEWPORT or plan your own-brand version with frame colours, decals and selected components. State the required assembly level and SKD or CKD export packing. Separate bicycle quantities from artwork, sample and packing requirements so the quotation is easy to compare.
Ordering information
Reference terms for the selected models. Final quantities, sample charges, timing and packaging are confirmed in your quotation.
What is the minimum order?
Kids bicycles generally start at 200 units per model and size; mountain, freestyle and adult bicycles generally start at 300. Customized kids projects may require 300–500 depending on scope. Selected stock models start at 30 units, subject to availability; some parts start at 100 pieces. Confirm the exact MOQ for your configuration.
How do samples work?
Confirm the specification and deposit before sampling. Standard samples generally take 3–7 days; complex custom samples 7–10 days. Sample and shipping fees are quoted separately. The sample fee can be credited against the final balance of a qualifying bulk order; confirm eligibility in the quotation.
What is the production lead time?
Standard orders generally take 20–25 days. During peak periods in March–June and September–November, allow an additional 10–15 days. Your confirmed order schedule takes precedence.
Which payment methods are available?
T/T bank transfer and Alibaba Trade Assurance are available. The usual T/T arrangement is 30% deposit and 70% before dispatch, subject to the agreed order terms.
